We are seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our team! The selected individual will install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and provide home plumbing service repairs to customers. Technically savvy individual, customer-friendly who creates a quality first impression every time and provides diagnosis and long-term, permanent solutions for plumbing issues.

Responsibilities :

• Assemble and install plumbing systems
• Establishes professional and pleasant rapport with all associate technicians and dispatchers.
• Provides a description of diagnosed problems to customers in terms that can be understood with options, as possible. Explains the features and benefits of each solution. Obtains agreement for services before performing work.
• Takes photos of the job site and provides a thorough description of work to be performed to set the install crew up for success and ensure the install team delivers an excellent customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
• Be able to successfully perform basic drain cleaning functions using small to large sized drain cleaning machines.
• Maintains and fuels assigned vehicle, stocks the service truck with adequate parts and maintains machinery.
• Transports materials and tools to the job site and provides proper accounting of tools.
• Completes all required documentation on services and may collect, record and deliver fees to the office.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
• All responsibilities are to be fulfilled with the utmost respect, integrity, and professionalism in dealings with clients, prospective clients and fellow employees.
• Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
