Build what others can’t. By hand.
Imagine receiving a critical drawing for a tight‑tolerance part. You translate GD&T callouts, choose the right tooling, set up the job on manual equipment, and deliver a first‑article that meets spec—then document results and share process improvements with the team. That’s the kind of impact you’ll make here.
Your mission
- Own manual setups and operations to consistently achieve high‑precision results (aerospace manufacturing preferred).
- Turn complex documentation into action : blueprints / technical drawings, ECNs, routers, operation / tooling / set‑up sheets, procedures, and performance graphs.
- Measure what matters using precision instruments and SPC; address issues through structured troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing principles; help design / build creative manufacturing, inspection, assembly, and test fixtures.
- Drive initiatives to closure through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support team training (as directed); participate in meetings and improvement programs; communicate clearly at every level.
- Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and company policies; keep your area clean, secure, and audit‑ready; complete special projects and related duties as assigned.
