Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll build and ship robust features as fast as you can deliver them, contributing across all aspects of our application. You'll work with everyone on the team as we go from MVP to an enterprise software solution.

What You'll Do

  • Build AI Agents : Design and develop intelligent agents using LangGraph and LangChain that can automate complex banking workflows.
  • Create Data Integrations : Design and implement pipelines connecting legacy banking systems with our platform for seamless data flow.
  • Develop Frontend Application : Build intuitive, responsive UIs allowing bank employees to interact with AI agents.
  • Ship Features Fast : Deliver impactful features rapidly in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Scale from MVP to Enterprise : Architect and implement systems that can evolve from MVP to serving major financial institutions.
  • Master the Banking Domain : Become an expert in banking operations, regulations, and workflows to solve industry challenges.
  • Drive Technical Decisions : Take ownership of technology choices, from selecting the right AI models to choosing frameworks that will scale.
  • Build for the Future : Write clean, maintainable code designed for longevity and scalability.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Startup Mindset : You thrive in dynamic environment and like building 0-to-1 products.
  • Experience : 5-8 years in full-stack engineering.
  • Back-End Skills : Strong proficiency in Python and associated frameworks (e.g., FastAPI).
  • Front-End Skills : Strong proficiency in React and front-end technologies.
  • AI Experience (a big plus) : Experience integrating AI technologies, particularly with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain or other agent orchestration tools.
  • Database Knowledge : Skilled in database design, modeling, and SQL.
  • Cloud Services : Familiarity with Azure or other cloud providers.

    Charlotte. We are hybrid (in office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).
