As a full-service Design-Build firm, we bring in-house expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Trades, allowing us to efficiently manage projects across the U.S. Our field operations team works on-site to ensure seamless execution. We specialize in fast-track new commercial construction, with our main focus on Department of Defense (DoD) projects.

We're seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded individual to join our Field Operations team in the King's Bay, GA, and Jacksonville, FL areas. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all Sheet Metal activities of assigned crews with direction from the Sheet Metal Superintendent & General Superintendent.
• Coordinate assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of Sheet Metal installation in compliance with project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications, maintaining a strong alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Oversee mechanical installations for government and military projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism across all crews and subcontractors.
