Description :

Position involves providing physical therapy services in a home health setting.

The therapist will treat 5-6 patients per day.

Common patient diagnoses include general orthopedic conditions, generalized weakness, strengthening, and cardiac rehabilitation.

The therapist will be expected to have a positive attitude towards learning the electronic health record system.

Self-scheduling is allowed, and therapists can adjust their schedules based on patient needs.

No weekend or holiday requirements are present for this role.

Dress code requires navy scrubs or khaki bottoms with a navy polo.

Therapists will be supported by PTAs.

This position requires coverage across multiple counties.

The ideal candidate should exhibit a willingness to provide excellent care to all patients.
