The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse responsible for delivering safe, competent, and quality care based on nursing theory and research. Duties include assessing patient needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, developing and implementing care plans, educating patients and families, and promoting a culture of quality and safety. The RN will provide patient-centered care within the ICU, perform charge nurse duties as assigned, and ensure effective communication, documentation, and professional development in alignment with Mount Sinai's Relationship Centered Care model.
