As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, your role will be pivotal in enhancing in-store merchandising effectiveness to exceed shopper expectations. You will engage in building attractive displays, resetting shelves for optimal product rotation, and monitoring inventory to leverage every sales opportunity for both stores and suppliers. In this role, you will also assist leadership with training, scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
