Job description

One Voice Fundraising  is looking for  outgoing, confident  and  passionate activists  to join our fundraising team in NYC!

Make life-long friends and work in a supportive, fun team environment.

Earn base salary, plus uncapped bonuses with a clear growth and development plan.

Help displaced and refugee adults / children in Gaza, Ukraine, Sudan, Haiti and so many more places around the world access safety, healing and life-sustaining support.

Hours :

  • Full Time - Monday to Sunday 9 : 30am-5pm Pay : $18-30 / hour - Plus uncapped bonuses  One Voice Fundraising work with incredible non-profits such as  The International Rescue Committee, Save the Children, Amnesty International  to generate vital funds needed to save lives, empower people and create a more equitable sustainable world!
  • We're looking for energetic, confident communicators who aren't afraid to strike up a conversation, express their values and to inspire members of their community to make a real and lasting change!

The Position :

  • You will work with your team on different streets in the city where you will engage in inspiring conversations with members of the public, motivating them to become a supporter of the non-profit you are representing through an ongoing donation.
  • Each and every conversation you have will have both an immediate and long-term impact on the lives of people who genuinely need support around the world!
  • If you're interested in being a voice for people seeking shelter from war, persecution and violence and the thought of being the reason why those peoples receive lasting safety and support then we want to hear from you!
  • No experience required!  Full, paid training will be provided.

  • performing arts, canvassing, sales, restaurant and hospitality, activism, public speaking.
  • It's also a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking for an entry-level non-profit position to kick start their career!

    • We Offer :

  • Full time hours -  Monday to Friday 9 : 30am-5pm Base pay of  $18 per hour during training and $20 after plus uncapped weekly bonuses   Paid time off Paid training  and ongoing opportunities for development Progression plan  - ability to move up into Trainer, Team Lead and Management positions, with our career development plans.

    • Benefits  including  medical, dental and vision  insurance,  Requirements :

  • Ability to work 5 full days per week - 9 : 30am-5pm Available to work full time for a minimum of 3 months Must be aged 18 years or over Happy to work outside!
  • Must be willing to travel to various locations in NY and canvass outdoors and / or at large events.
  • Some experience or  interest  in social justice, activism, poverty alleviation, humanitarian causes, the enviornmentt, and / or non profit organizations.
