Job Description

As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol Specialist in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a bustling retail or mall location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This is a driving post, so responsibilities will include patrolling the premises by vehicle as needed. Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
