The CRC Marketing Team is seeking to fill the role of an Analyst Mid Office Marketing. This position can be based out of either our Long Beach, CA, Santa Clarita, CA or Bakersfield, CA offices and is eligible for a 9/80 and hybrid work-from-home schedule.

The base annual salary for this posted position is reasonably expected to range from $80K to $105K, with a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for production of commodity position and P&L reports
• Maintenance of commodity price curves & postings
• Support for monthly/quarterly external reporting
• Provide back up for other members of Risk Management team
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field
• 3 or more years in a Finance related field
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Self-starter that is detail oriented, organized and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Desire to be part of a team
• Ability to interact daily with personnel from Trading and other Finance Groups

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of risk management principles and trading controls
• Experience with Energy Trading and Risk Management software
• MBA
• Previous experience in an oil and natural gas trading environment
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
