Job Description

We are looking for experienced Home Health RNs to provide direct patient care in a home setting. Under the supervision of the nursing supervisor, the RN will :

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience

✅ Current Michigan RN license

✅ BLS certification (AHA)

✅ IV experience, OASIS experience, and Epic EMR experience

✅ Reliable transportation & valid Michigan driver’s license
