Location : 720 Northgate Dr Bossier City, LA 71112

Summary :

Responsible for the appraisal, inspection and sale / disposal and performs other functions involving repossessed rolling collateral. Responsible for correspondence, reports and other documentation related to repossession of collateral. Act as a liaison between Barksdale Federal Credit Union, members and attorneys. Also responsible for all incoming telephone calls and questions concerning legal accounts.

Job Requirements :

• Previous collection experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
• Understanding of Small Claims Court system.
• Knowledge of collection procedures and related laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software / systems.
