Location : This role is remote in KY,
SHIFT : 8-hour workday starting at 8am EST and ending between 4 : 30-5 : 00pm EST depending on a 0.5-1-hour lunch break
Duration : 6 months
Position Purpose : Support the development and maintenance of quality improvement related projects and reporting.
Responsibilities :
Monitor performance on established contractual quality indicators. Analyze, track and trend results. Prepare formal written reports for the Quality Management Committee and Executive Management.
Recommend, develop, and implement quality performance improvement plans (PIPs) with management utilizing the PDSA model. Monitor and report PIPs progress through closure.
Train providers and staff in methodologies and tools of continuous quality improvement.
Prepare for and participate in meetings with various committees, State agencies, providers, and stakeholders.
Provide clinical support to the medical record audit processes.
Must Haves : HEDIS background - Hybrid - pursuit, abstraction, overreads and research, Microsoft Excel - Beginner to Intermediate (Sort, Filter, Format, Basic Visualizations, Simple Formulas
Disqualifiers : No Quality Improvement experience
Performance indicators : Average daily productivity metrics outlined for record requests sent, records processed for intake, abstractions completed, or other duties assigned to mirror permanent staff.
