Overview

Bayview Asset Management, LLC, a sponsored real estate investment company (the "Company"), is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Associate Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate is a motivated multi-tasker with a strong ability to manage various tasks efficiently. Prior experience in real estate operations, administrative support, or logistics is preferred. The Associate Acquisition Manager will support the operations of our real estate company by providing administrative assistance, including document delivery, as well as performing hands-on, field-based tasks such as conducting vacant property inspections. The Company converts advertising and marketing leads to buy single-family real estate houses in any condition, as-is for cash from motivated sellers while providing fast and friendly service.

This position will be field-based, with duties performed on-site at different properties. Candidates must be based in Salt Lake City, UT. All team members are expected to act as compelling representatives of the Company focused on delivering a superior client service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the operations team by preparing and delivering essential documents, compiling reports, maintaining accurate listing information, and ensuring the completion of required checklists.
  • Monitor and manage the inventory of signs, riders, and lockboxes, proactively notifying the operations team when stock levels require replenishment.
  • Verify the proper installation and tracking of signs, riders, and lockboxes on listed properties.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure listings are in optimal condition for showings, assessing their overall presentation and maintenance needs.
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained and structurally sound and that all systems function properly.
  • Visit and evaluate potential acquisition sites, providing detailed reports to the acquisition and management team.
  • Install signage for "coming soon" and newly listed properties as necessary.
  • Manage inbound calls from internal and external stakeholders while also overseeing the email inbox to address customer and vendor inquiries efficiently.
  • Conduct site visits to active renovation projects to verify work progress and quality.
  • Inspect renovation tasks, including drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, and appliance installation, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or operations role, preferably within real estate, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customers, internal teams, and external vendors and partners.
  • Problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to travel daily to different properties within the metro and surrounding areas.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Benefits & Compensation

    The hourly pay range for the role is $18.00 / hr to $22.00 / hr.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and may encounter small or enclosed spaces, requiring stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and the ability to focus. Environmental conditions may include low / high temperatures, precipitation, and wind.

    While performing these duties, the employee is regularly required to sit, handle objects, and communicate. Occasionally, standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds are required.
