A company is looking for a Technical Interviewer Lead, Data and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 2nd interviews to assess candidates' technical depth and suitability for positions
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business needs promptly
Be a vital part of the recruitment team
Required Qualifications
Senior Software Engineer with a deep understanding of languages such as JavaScript, Java, and Ruby on Rails
At least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on large-scale projects
Experience in hiring engineers for a team
Background in a high-growth dynamic company
