Top 200 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join its Real Estate Practice in their Newark office.

Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of law firm experience with complex and sophisticated commercial transactions. Experience with common interest communities; business entity formation, resolutions and record keeping; multi-layered and/or public/private financing; and environmental law a plus. Superior academic record and excellent writing skills. New Jersey Bar Admission required, additional admission in New York a plus.
