Engagement Description
- User experience is part strategy, part research, part design.
- The UX designer works with key stakeholders and conducts research to understand business needs, end-user insights, and the competitive landscape, to shape the UX direction to achieve business objectives.
- The UX designer then creates a design based on the direction, collaborating with content writers and UI designers.
- The overall design should facilitate a user experience that is usable, accessible, and delightful to end-users using human-centered design principles and best practices.

User research
Conduct discovery and design research to inform UX direction and designParticipate in design strategy activities that set the experience direction for productsUX design
Communicate human-centered design principles and best practices solutions via wireframes, prototypes, and other design documents using programs such as Figma (strongly preferred).Strong design system experience with advanced Figma component design skills (auto layout, component properties, variants, and library management).Required Skills / Experience The rest of the required skills / experience.
