Administrative Assistant
Supports office and business operations by providing administrative support services and maintaining office systems, procedures, and policies. Experience in the service industry is desired. Experience with customer service and QuickBooks is a MUST.
Examples of essential functions :
- Implements changes to administrative systems
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expedites work results
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Provides information by answering questions and requests
- Receives and files incoming letters and documents
- Welcomes / receives visitors to the office
- Scheduling Interviews for potential employees, running background checks, MVR checks
- Work daily on all social media aspects of the business
