Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our CST team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health care and support to individuals and families. This role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment. The LCSW will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
- Provide case management services, including coordinating care and resources for clients.
- Offer addiction counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions.
- Work with individuals with disabilities, ensuring their unique needs are met in the therapeutic process.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques as appropriate for client treatment.
- Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately using ICD-9 coding standards.
- Provide care and support for geriatric clients, addressing their specific mental health concerns.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).Experience in case management and addiction counseling preferred.Familiarity with data collection methods and clinical documentation practices.Knowledge of working with people with disabilities is highly desirable.Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques is a plus.Experience with geriatrics is beneficial but not mandatory.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent interpersonal skills.Join our Community Support Team in making a difference in the lives of those we serve through compassionate care and professional support.
