Position Summary : Position Summary :
The Director of Organizational Assessment and Accreditation leads the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of assessment strategies for non-instructional areas such as student experience, operations, technology, and finance. The Director also serves as the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) Accreditation Liason Officer (ALO). Housed within the Center for Strategic Innovation and Foresight and reporting to the Chief Foresight and Decision Support Officer (CFDSO), this role supports institutional effectiveness by providing evidence-based insights, foresight-informed planning tools, and decision support systems that enhance student experiences and advance equitable outcomes across the College.The Director plays a critical role in fostering a culture of inquiry, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement. In close collaboration with student experience, finance, operations, and other cross-functional teams, the Director builds capacity in assessment practices and the effective use of data. This position also contributes to professional learning and partners with the CFDSO to design and deliver strategic models that align operational assessment efforts with institutional priorities and the College’s future-ready planning framework. This individual must possess the ability to use varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
