Job description

Overview

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Member Service Representative (MSR) who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Aid members in achieving their financial goals by identifying the best product and service solutions to meet their needs.
  • Consult with members about opening new accounts, IRAs, loan applications, setting up automated services, and other member service requests.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Deliver strong customer service experience and work to exceed expectations.
  • Promote and identify referral opportunities to enhance member relationships.
  • Communicate clearly with members in English and Spanish as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, associate degree or higher, or 3–5 years of credit union teller / customer service or related experience.
  • Motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Dependable, adaptable / flexible, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written / oral communication skills.
