• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract management and execution.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all contractual activities.
• Provide guidance and expertise on government contracting processes and requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for efficient contract administration.

• Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration.
• Expertise in handling federal and government contracts.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance related to government contracting.
• Ability to draft clear and concise contract documents.

• Proficiency in managing complex contract processes and resolving disputes.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
