About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its behavioral health facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership of hospital operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative aspects. This role demands a strategic, mission-driven executive with a proven track record in behavioral health or acute care settings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership or CEO role. They should possess strong financial acumen, a history of developing high-performing teams, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The CEO must be a transformational leader, capable of making complex decisions, and dedicated to the mission of the organization.
