As an ISG Employee Owner, you'll work alongside fellow owners to develop creative, impactful solutions that shape the built environment. In this role, you'll partner closely with industry leaders Sam Brockshus, PE, and Jason Burns, PE, as well as our dynamic Structural Engineering team. From conceptual design to construction, employee owners at all levels are actively involved in every phase of the design process.

Compensation : $65,000 - $145,000 / year

Essential Duties
- Collaborate directly with clients, architects, and engineering professionals to develop detailed construction plans
- Perform structural design and analysis, producing high-quality drawings and technical documentation
- Calculate structural loads and stresses to ensure safety, stability, and compliance
- Conduct building inspections and provide expert recommendations for repairs or demolition
- Track and manage design schedules and budgets to keep projects on time and within scope
- Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions
- Conduct field measurements and document existing building conditions with precision
- Create and coordinate construction drawings across disciplines for seamless project execution

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
