Locum Tenens Radiologist - General Diagnostic with Light IR

About the Opportunity :

Hospital has an urgent need for a Board Certified Radiologist with proficiency in General Diagnostic imaging and the ability to handle light Interventional Radiology cases. This is a full-time locum tenens opportunity requiring coverage across various shifts.

Responsibilities Include :

• Providing interpretation of a broad range of general diagnostic imaging studies, including but not limited to : X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, MRI (if applicable to "light IR").
• Performing light Interventional Radiology procedures (please specify the types of light IR procedures required, e.g., paracentesis, thoracentesis, line placements).
• Participating in a shift-based schedule that includes day, evening, and overnight coverage.
• Providing timely and accurate interpretations.
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records in the Fuji PACS system.
• Communicating effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Board Certification : Required.

State License : Active Insert State Here license required.

Willing To License : No.

PACS System : Fuji.

Credentialing Time Frame : 4-6 weeks.

Travel / Lodging : Travel and lodging expenses will be provided.
