Customer Service Sales Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Service / Inbound Sales representative.

Key Responsibilities

Service incoming and outbound calls from residential customers regarding products and services

Identify and sell appropriate products and services to new and existing customers

Accurately record customer transactions and follow up with leads in a timely manner

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

High school diploma or GED required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred

At least 1 year of previous sales or relevant customer service experience preferred

Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas or goals

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
