Bilingual Reservation Agent (Spanish & English)

Location : Remote (based near Ann Arbor, MI) Pay : $17.50 Hours : Part-Time, 10–30 hours / week (flexible schedule based on availability)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Reservation Agent , your core responsibilities will include :

• Customer Assistance : Answer inbound calls and help customers make reservations or find information about camping and outdoor experiences.
• System Navigation : Use reservation software to efficiently manage bookings and provide accurate information.
• Bilingual Support : Provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication with all callers.

In addition, you’ll participate in paid training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities to stay up to date on policies, systems, and service best practices.
