Maintenance Technician MHE / Electrical Focus (Terrell)

Maintenance Technician

We're growing and we're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is focused primarily on electrical systems and material handling equipment (MHE), including forklift maintenance. If you have a background in electrical or HVAC work and experience maintaining industrial equipment, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, motors, wiring, and electronic components of machinery and equipment in compliance with codes and safety standards.

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on MHE (conveyors, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.), as well as warehouse infrastructure.

Complete work orders and record all tasks in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) .

Conduct inspections and testing of systems, reporting findings and maintenance updates to leadership daily.

Support safe operations by adhering to all company and regulatory safety policies.

Assist with other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in warehouse, processing, or manufacturing environments (MHE / electrical experience preferred).

Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, or forklifts.

Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical / electrical systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical results to non-technical audiences.

Comfortable working in various environments from -20F in cold storage to 100F in dry storage (with PPE provided).

Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, as needed.

Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and work at heights when required.
