Job Description

Intercare Therapy is dedicated to providing evidence-based behavioral therapies that empower children facing challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. We are looking for passionate Behavioral Program Supervisors who are eager to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families affected by autism.

A Behavioral Health or (ABA) Program Supervisor will take on a pivotal role in the field, functioning as the onsite case supervisor and leader. You will excel in daily case management skills, which include developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavioral Interventionists (BIs), and offering education and training to client caregivers. This position requires a willingness to drive 30 to 60 miles daily and the ability to supervise client sessions between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend availability.
