We're seeking an experienced Executive Center Director to provide leadership and operational excellence across multiple TLE centers in the Littleton, Massachusetts area. This role is ideal for a seasoned Preschool or Childcare Center Director ready to take the next step into a multi-site leadership position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple preschool and childcare centers.
• Provide coaching and strategic support to Center Directors and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Drive enrollment growth, retention, and high-quality customer experience.
• Lead professional development initiatives and ensure consistent implementation of TLE curriculum and standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between center leadership and the corporate office.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operational quality and alignment with company goals.
