Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Agile development teams; facilitate Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable sprint goals and team deliverables.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance ensuring clear expectations timely execution and alignment with senior management priorities.
• Coach teams on Agile values principles and frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe) to promote autonomy cross-functionality and high performance.
• Identify and remove impediments while fostering a psychologically safe environment for open communication and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized well-defined backlog that supports business outcomes.
• Monitor team health and sprint metrics (e.g. velocity burndown) to assess progress and identify improvements.
• Lead hiring efforts including interview coordination assessments and candidate selection.
• Manage onboarding of new team members ensuring smooth integration into Agile workflows tools and team culture.
• Facilitate team development through mentorship skill-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Design and deliver training sessions and individual coaching on Agile practices technical tools and organizational standards.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure seamless technical integrations and alignment with internal development timelines.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Generate support and coach to SOP standards to build consistency across the Business Intelligence department.
