Scope of work :
- experience required : Journeyman : 5 years commercial plumbing experience apprentice : 1 year hands on experience or formal training ($150 per diem each day worked.)
- credentials required : active Vermont plumbing license
- largescale commercial construction project in Burlington, VT
- work includes underground, rough in and finish plumbing phases.
- Install, test and repair water, drain and vent piping systems
- read blueprints and plumbing schematics
- set fixtures and complete final trim work
- use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- communicate effectively with supervisors and other trades
- familiarity with pvc copper, cast iron and pex systems
- strong understanding of plumbing code and safety protocols
- must have own basic hand tools and standard ppe
- reliable transportation and consistent attendance are a must
