$130K - $180K plus bonuses
Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ground-up or interior build-outs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled in managing client relationships, schedules, budgets.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee field operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Lead weekly project meetings and produce regular status reports.
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and invoices.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed performance goals related to timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and close-out packages.
