Enterprise Account Executive

UKG is the largest U.S.-based private software company in the world with 80,000 customers across 150 countries. We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our S&D West business segment. This is a true Hunter role, and if you are a highly successful HRMS / Payroll salesperson, this is an opportunity to build your sales legacy with us.

About You :

  • 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud / SaaS solutions to C level.
  • HRMS / Payroll experience a strong plus.
  • Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota.
  • 3+ years selling complex deals over $800K in ARR.
  • Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch.
  • Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement.

    Travel Requirement : 30-40%

    Pay Transparency : The base salary range for this position is $140,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of an industry leading total compensation package.
