THE ROLE

Our team is seeking a Product Marketing Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration and is site-flexible, with the option to be based in either Chaska, MN or Billerica, MA.

What You'll Do

• Track and report on leads from third party providers (AZO, Labcompare)
• Monitor new contact entry into HubSpot
• Report on legacy HubSpot contacts not assigned to a user
• Work with marketing to assign legacy contacts to new users
• Forward new HubSpot contacts to SCPs
• Compare HubSpot SQL entry into OMS system
• Support tracking in OMS (e.g. Opportunities through lifecycle, Won / Lost)
• Lead branding changes for all products and documentation (to Entegris standard)
• Support marketing campaign work (digital and other creative content)
• Researching trends and competitor activity
• Gathering data on competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends
• Develop a standard report template for our demo results (facing to customers)
• Other marketing similar projects as priorities dictate
