Hello Heart is seeking a Director, Clinical Product to lead the next generation of clinically driven innovation across our platform. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical rigor, user experience, and business value.

Reporting into our Senior Vice President of Product, you will define and execute the strategy for our clinical product portfolio, focusing on driving measurable health outcomes and ROI through scalable, evidence-based digital solutions. You'll manage, build, and guide a team of Product Managers and Analysts, translating clinical insight and data into engaging experiences that strengthen Hello Heart's leadership in cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities :

• Define and own the product strategy for Hello Heart's clinical portfolio, ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes and business value
• Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of new capabilities that expand the reach and impact of our platform
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 46 Product Managers and Analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous learning
• Partner closely with Clinical, Engineering, Data, and Commercial leaders to bring innovations to market efficiently and effectively
• Build clear business cases and success metrics that align teams around clinical, product, and commercial priorities
• Serve as a key voice in executive and cross-functional discussions, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable communication
• Champion a bias for action and outcome-driven execution, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence

Qualifications :

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $220,000 to $250,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
