A company is looking for a Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit loan closing packages and supporting documents for Conventional loans, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations
Review and verify accuracy of closing documents and final statements, making necessary adjustments and notifying relevant parties
Communicate loan program requirements and obtain outstanding conditions to ensure timely loan closings
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college courses / technical training in Business, Finance / Accounting, or related field preferred
At least one year of experience in a support role related to mortgage banking for Conventional loans
General knowledge of mortgage lending processes and federal, state, and regulatory requirements for Conventional loans
Thorough understanding of Conventional loan guidelines and documentation required for funding and closing
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
