Job descriptionDiagnose, repair, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions on all makes and models Perform complete transmission overhauls, clutch replacements, and driveline repairs Use advanced diagnostic tools and factory software to troubleshoot issues Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers Experience as a Transmission Technician (Ford or other OEM experience preferred but not required) ASE or manufacturer certifications (a plus, but not required) Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to rebuild transmissions and perform complex repairs Valid driver’s license with a clean record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic
