Our client in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Sales Support & Associate Product Manager to join their team. The right person will be proactive and detail-oriented to keep our revenue pipeline humming. This is a high-impact role with a clear growth trajectory : after 9–18 months (based on performance), you'll transition into an Associate Product Manager role, gaining exposure to customer insights, product strategy, and launch execution. So if you have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skill and customer service instincts and a growth mindset and eagerness to learn, then this may be the job for you!

Requirements :

• Previous office experience is desired
• Experience with answering phones and directing calls
• Working knowledge of invoicing, payment processing, and shipping coordination
• Familiar working with CRM tools and Kanban boards
• Strong organizational skills for managing vendor communications and outbound campaigns
• Great attention to detail
• Comfortable conduction customer feedback calls
• Capable of managing small product launches; collaborating with Sales and Operations

Benefits :

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm

Pay Rate : $22 / hr.
