Senior Client Technology Analyst - FT - Days - MHW

It is the foundation of The Memorial Experience.Summary : This position is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and trouble shooting of client technology deployed within our facilities, such as Windows and MAC desktops and laptops, Thin Clients, iOS, Android printers, along with other devices utilized by our clients.Responsibilities : Contributes to inventory documentation, disaster recovery, trouble shooting documentation for client support staff.Supports client OS and applications such as Windows, Linux, iOS, Microsoft, and other technology.Independently coordinates with cross-functional teams, vendors, departments for the installation technical requirements, working with cross-functional internal teams and vendors to bring solutions and services to the organizations.Maintains trouble shooting documentation for client support teams.Consults with users, administrators, analyst and engineers to identify business and technical requirements for proposed system modifications or technology purchases.Assists in the development, testing of complex hardware, software to provide efficiency, reliability technical solutions.Participates in the analysis, audits, both internal and 3rd parties for the technical environment.Independently provides support for client incidents, researching and working with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve incidents.If supporting construction projects :  Defines the components of the due diligence assessment activities to ensure all technology requirements are incorporated into site reviews for accurate technology requirement identification as inputs to forecasting and budgeting activities.Competencies : ACCOUNTABILITY, ACCURACY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, DEVELOPS RELATIONSHIPS, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE, PROBLEM SOLVING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT (IT), RESPONDING TO CHANGE, STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOR, SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION, TEAM WORKEducation and Certification Requirements : Associates (Required)Information Technology Certification - Professional Association (PROFESSIONAL ASSOC)Additional Job Information : Complexity of Work : Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
