Job Description

Are you an experienced Die Cutter Machine Operator ready to take the next step in your career? This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a well-known printing company located in NW Industrial Portland. We’re looking for someone with solid die cut skills who wants to grow with a company. As a Die Cutter Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up machinery, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting issues to keep production running smoothly.

Die Cutter Machine Operator Duties :

• Prepare and operate die cutting machines (e.g., Bobst, Brouce,) by setting up dies, adjusting cutting pressure, and aligning materials for accurate production.
• Load raw materials (paperboard, corrugated, plastics, etc.) into the machine and ensure proper feeding throughout the production run.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, defects, and consistency; verify cuts, creases, and registration against job specifications.
• Perform routine cleaning, minor repairs, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and keep machines running efficiently.
• Record production output, downtime, and quality checks

Schedule :  Monday to Friday

DAY :   7am-3 : 30pm

SWING : 3 : 30pm-12 : 00am

Pay : $24-30 DOE
