Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Complex Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience (possibly open to a 6th year) to join their litigation team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional research and writing skills, strong academic credentials from a top law school, and experience managing sophisticated legal matters in a collaborative, in-office environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Demonstrated interest in environmental law is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle complex litigation, regulatory matters, and enforcement defense cases.

Conduct in-depth legal research, draft motions, and prepare for court appearances and trials.

Collaborate with partners on diverse matters.

Develop litigation skills through hands-on experience, including motion practice and trial preparation.

Contribute to cross-office and cross-departmental initiatives, gaining exposure to a variety of clients and legal matters.

Requirements :

3 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience.

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.

Ability to thrive in a high-stakes, collaborative, in-office team environment.
