Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for helping residents regain and maintain their independence? At Maple Grove, we’re looking for a dedicated Restorative Aide to support our residents’ mobility and wellness through therapeutic activities and rehabilitative care. Help us make a meaningful difference—one step at a time.

What You’ll Do :

Deliver restorative care such as ambulation, range of motion, self-feeding, and positioning exercises

Assist residents in retraining for ADLs like toileting, eating, and hygiene while encouraging independence

Document care and progress, report changes in condition, and support resident care plans

Support therapists and nursing teams in delivering care plans and restorative programs

Help residents transition from therapy to restorative programs and from restorative to maintenance care

Monitor vital signs, hydration, and nutrition, and assist with meal service and positioning during meals

Keep therapy areas and equipment clean and safe

Answer call lights promptly and provide comfort and assistance with daily needs

Actively participate in shift reports, team communication, and ongoing care planning

What You Need :

Active CNA license in the state of Missouri

Completion of a state-approved Restorative Aide training program

CPR / BLS certification (required)

Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

Strong communication and observation skills

Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
