Robert Half is assisting a highly esteemed client in Honolulu in their search for an Assistant Controller with growth potential to join their accounting and finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity to bring your financial expertise to an expanding organization while overseeing a small and dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in consolidated financials and intercompany transactions, as well as a solid track record in accounts receivable (AR), cash management, and collections. Proficiency in ERP software is essential, coupled with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, analyze, and oversee consolidated financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across various entities.
• Supervise day-to-day accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate reporting and effective collection strategies.
• Oversee cash management functions such as cash flow forecasting and account monitoring.
• Coordinate with the Controller to implement and maintain efficient financial procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, promoting professional development and teamwork.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and audits to maintain compliance standards.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system utility and overall operational efficiency.
