Desktop Hardware Management Engineer

Location : Milford, OH

Salary Range : Competitive

Join our dynamic team where innovation and technical expertise are at the forefront. We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage our desktop hardware, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 7+ years Understanding of device drivers, BIOS configuration, and the evolution of PC platforms
  • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and gap identification
  • Proficient in the main MS Office applications
  • Familiar with automated test scripts and defect tracking software (e.g., ALM, QTP)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with preparation and maintenance of test cases
  • Ability to analyze, create, and manage test data
  • Skill enhancements through self-learning and active participation in training / presentations

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Document defects and use templates and checklists effectively
  • Adhere to estimation and schedule, ensuring 100% on-time delivery
  • Contribute to and support technical knowledge transfer activities
  • Provide timely status reporting
