POSITION SUMMARY As a Fitness Manager at Anytime Fitness, your primary responsibility is to help all members "get to a healthier place." In addition to personally training clients, your ultimate role is to coach and develop the trainers for success. You will be responsible for coaching in areas such as programming, sales, and service. Serving as a "guidance counselor" for members, an "educator and mentor" for training staff, and a "strategist" for the Club Director, you will manage the Member Onboarding Process, conduct fitness consultations, determine appropriate resources for each member, and maintain a high retention score to ensure ongoing member engagement. While training and programming skills are important, your main focus will be on leading the fitness department as a sales manager and team leader, driving productivity and efficiency. • Yearly earning potential ranging from $45,000 to $75,000

• Genuine caring attitude for our clients, members, and team JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities as a Fitness Manager include :
• Overseeing the overall production of the Club's Fitness Program
• Ensuring members' needs are met and providing exceptional customer service
• Conducting fitness consultations and assessments
• Actively promoting and marketing personal training to acquire and retain members
• Assisting in the development and implementation of club programs and events
• Participating in staff meetings and required activities
• Acting as a role model by leading and promoting a healthy lifestyle
• Maintaining a positive attitude when working with members
• Seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth
• Dressing professionally according to the current dress code standards (Anytime Fitness attire provided) REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role, you should have :
• Three fitness certifications, including a Certified Personal Training certificate from accrediting bodies such as NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFFA, ACE, ISSA, or a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
