Position Summary

The ITSM Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, with a focus on ServiceNow. They will ensure the platform's optimal performance, support its users, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ITSM processes.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions within ServiceNow.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow updates and patches.
• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in ITSM process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and standards.
• Perform regular audits and assessments of the ServiceNow platform to identify areas for improvement.
