Maintenance Technician Paint Booth Systems

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in millwright work welding hydraulics electrical systems and fabrication. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment tackling complex mechanical challenges to ensure the optimal performance of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical Maintenance & Repair :

Install dismantle repair and maintain heavy machinery and equipment including conveyors pumps motors and hydraulic systems.

Utilize welding techniques (MIG TIG Stick) to fabricate repair and modify metal components and structures.

Troubleshoot repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems including pumps valves cylinders and hoses.

Diagnose and repair electrical components such as motors switches relays and control panels.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory.

Qualifications : Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Millwright or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on millwright tasks welding hydraulics electrical systems and paint booth systems

Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG TIG Stick).

Welding certification (e.g. AWS) preferred.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
