What this job involves :
As an Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL, you will maintain client satisfaction through the delivery of comprehensive facility management services and support programs while ensuring compliance with JLL's minimum audit and operational standards. This role requires you to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while implementing safety practices and demonstrating strong collaboration within the account team. You'll support various administrative functions including work order management and facility soft services while driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations that reflect JLL's commitment to operational excellence.
What your day-to-day will look like :
Relationship Management :
Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of facility management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction
Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service delivery
Address client concerns and feedback promptly to ensure continuous improvement in service quality
Compliance :
Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies
Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly
Identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions to maintain optimal performance standards
Enforce all company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices
Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations
Team Management :
Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team
Drive the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations
Provide leadership support and guidance to facility management team members
Administrative Functions :
Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors as necessary
Support facility soft services as needed including meetings preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badging
Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth facility operations and optimal client satisfaction
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of two years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity
Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives
Basic knowledge of building systems including mechanical and electrical systems
Understanding of facility management compliance requirements and operational standards
Experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination
Knowledge of safety practices and hazard control procedures
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with KPI monitoring and SLA management
Background in facility soft services coordination and client relationship management
Knowledge of Jones Lang LaSalle operational policies and procedures
Experience with audit and compliance standards in facility management
Understanding of IFM best practices and innovation implementation
Experience in team collaboration and leadership support roles
