The Tax Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for all phases of client engagements, including primary client relationship maintenance, proactive management of tax compliance, tax advisory services, and developing and coaching professional staff. The role requires exceptional client service, strong client relationships, participation in the firm’s practice development efforts by attracting and serving new clients, expanding services to existing clients, and helping recruit and retain additional team members. Candidates must understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed, review complex tax returns, continuously grow their technical knowledge, and deliver value‑added tax planning ideas to clients.

• High net worth individuals, their personal tax returns, trust returns, and gift & estate planning
• Privately held businesses, including partnerships, S Corporations, and / or C Corporations
• Private equity‑backed portfolio companies
